Will I be able to get enough protein from the meal plan or will I need a lot of additional food/supps. From what I've seen the gyms look pretty good. But I was wondering what hammer strengths you guys have. Anything else you want to add about PSU? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | aww man I go to penn state, and did summer session. I am assuming u'll live in Pollock? Anways, the White Building is sweet. The food isn't great during the summer, but once the fall comes around, west halls is amazing. It's an athlete's dorm, so all the food is specific to athletes. PM me. I can talk for hours about it. EDIT: YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM GETTING ENOUGH FOOD. JUST GET A BACKPACK AND TUPPERWARE TO STEAL THE MIDDLE MEALS. and they have hammer strength. They have two pads, 10 benches, 6 racks, 2 smyths, 2 cable systems, 1 legg press, and all the accessory machines. DBs up to 140.

i won't be here this summer session. I've done it, and it will be the best summer of your life. My macros are just like everyones. I can show you the ropes in the fall. They are opening a new facility by Rec Hall too. It's going to rock. I have a ton of serious lifting partners up here, and have become a part of the general BBing community here. We all have pretty perfect diets available to us. Chicken, Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Tuna, Turkey, and beef are available at every meal.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I didnt go to Penn State but all colleges have meal plans and there is plenty of food/drinks/etc in the main dinning hall. No problems at all in that department. Sometimes I had a scheduling conflict and had to eat a meal or two in the cafes which were mostly fast food. But DJStarr would know better. Dont worry theyll feed ya. ever heard of freshman 30? lol |

in a good way ![]() Anyway, as NYC said, we have meal plans. I use the highest, but it isn't needed. You'll find bulking while at school (especially here from experience) is WAY easier than at home. The food is limitless. yes, of course this is ww breads and past. DUH.

| Pro Stature | Toledo food outright sucks but you can get a crapload of it. I don't do a meal plan (since I live off campus) although I still eat at the main hallf once in a while. Subway always seems to tempt me away from there though.
