It shouldn't be that big of a deal to them anyway. "NFL cheerleader" is only a part-time job and they don't get paid very much.

Well technically, they didn't actually get arrested for getting it on......

It was the whole assault on the bar patron as they were leaving the bathroom, resisting arrest, and supplying a false ID to the cops ( one was under 21 ) that got them thrown in jail.

The didn't actually get charged for the extra curricular activities in the bathroom stall... LOL
