Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | I don't understand why this is so big, it's not like she turned on the water works. God forbid a candidate have passion for this country. Every year it's the same ridiculous smear bullshit. Then you have ignorant people who claim the Clinton dynasty was one of the worst presidencies of all time, or blind republicans who somehow think they stake claim in who our democratic contender is despite being locked out of the majority of primaries (meaning, you most likely have no claim to stake). I think anyone who feels the need to 'bash' candidates needs to learn to function in the civilized world. I do not agree to mccains policies and I certainly do not agree with huckabee's political agenda, but I don't sit around and bash any of the republican pundits, I just hope the best one for the job wins, and hope that their beliefs do not contrast too sharply with mine. But you're right. Shame she won the NH primaries, thankfully it's only one state.. Another intelligent, thought provoking comment by someone who truly takes the issues to heart. Maybe ignorance really is bliss, because I'd love to pretend I live in a world without dimwitted people.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 73 | bashing politicians during election season is how america works. anyways I thought those tears came across as pretty manufactured the first time I saw this (on the news, without the sweet violin). bashing or not, I thought this was a pretty sad attempt at "connecting" to the public. another random thought - I think the only way a republican has a chance to be president is if hilary gets the democratic nomination. she's the only person polarizing enough to have people vote for more of the same. |
