Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 73 | Well here's the short story Almost two weeks ago I was playing a hockey game. It was the second period and the game wasn't anything out of ordinary. This of course changed when a player from the other team charged at me, probably to just get his jollys off on hitting someone that day, of course it was me on the recieving end. The hit landed with my arm bent at 90 degrees perpandicular of the boards, my arm of course took the full brunt of the energy and I snapped the ulna and radius in my forearm like twigs. The only reason they didn't pop out of my skin to be compound fracture was because I work out and had muscle to stop the bone at the skins surface. I had surgury after 3 days of leaving my arm in just a splint (this happened on a saturday night). I now have 2 metal rods and a total of 12 screws in my bones to keep them together. I just had the staples removed today and im looking at it now and its fkin disgusting. As for the worst part of this whole ordeal: recovery time is 2-3 months for the bones to just come back together fully. No weight lifting for 4-6 months. 4-6 freakin months. To top it all off on the way things are going, the girl I was getting closer to only a few days before this event, pulled a 180 on me wants nothing between us. so im looking for a little motivation. Its time to give pioneer a little attention and maybe even some lovin. ill take anything, something funny, serious, combination of both. maybe a picture, a speech, videos. give me something these perks im taking cant.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Girls suck, and bones break. The good news is that girls suck, and girls dig scars. You're good to go bro. I've never broken anything like that, it must really suck, but you will get through it. Just look at what happened to EME and his pec tear.... he did his time and now he's back in the gym and still a bodybuilder.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 45 | Screw the doctor. Show up 6 months from now with an extra 6" on your legs! ![]() Leg machines to start and once your arm partly heals go for squats. No stiff leg deads, that could get ugly! Is it gonna be 100% when healed? 6 months is nothing. You can be back playing hockey next winter.

and yeah, i dont think any type of deadlifts will be in my future anytime soon. yes 100% when healed, like it never happened. though with the plate in my arm that im not going to have removed it MIGHT restrict movment by a very small portion. atleast thats what the doctor said.
