Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | So I am leaving the gym today. There was a flex mag there that I was interested in because I had read "The Summer of Arnold" last month. It basically takes you back to 1973 Golds Venice and what Arnold would do day in an day out. Well anyway, this issue had "The Summer of Arnold Part 2", so I asked if I could take it home and I would bring it back tomorrow. Even though Flex sucks as, articles like this are pretty cool to read. Anyway, in this same magazine there is a article on Mariusz Pudzianowski. Pretty basic shit but one thing struck me as being very odd. His diet! The following is his diet as written by FLEX. Breakfast: 10 Whole Eggs, 2-3 pounds of Bacon, Protein Powder. MidMorning: 3-6 Snickers or Musketeers Bars, Workout formula drink. 1 or 2 pm: Polish Pork Chops, sauerkraut, potatoes, protein powder. One Hour Later: Amino Acids, vitamins, chocolate. Dinner: A lot of meat, sauerkraut, potatoes, chocolate ice cream Midnight: Protein shake, amino acids, chocolate ice cream 3 o 4 am: Chocolate The first 5 meals I can buy. He is a big guy and he lifts heavy loads, burns a lot of cals. The part I have a hard time believing is the last 2 meals. ice cream and chocolate in the middle of the night and 4 am? lol. I think he may have been pulling a little prank on flex. I heard heard this before about him though so I don't know. What do you guys think?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | If that's true, then that's awesome. If that's not true, then that's still awesome, because that means Pudz played a nice joke on Flex (and it's readers) ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | LOL. I call BS as well. 3-6 Snickers bars? I mean he is sponsored by Met-Rx so why wouldn't he just eat 3-6 of their protein bars instead? The sad thing is there are people out there that will actually try that diet ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 136 | Some of these guys are eating upwards of 10k and even more in calories a day, so I guess you could eat about anything for that. Who knows.
