Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | has anyone else seen this doco of the doco pumping iron. i'm currently watching it on Movie Greats its a great movie of a making of the movie. it shows great out-takes, and comments from the cast today, 25 years later. a great out-take was when Arnold was training some skinny bloke, but then he gave up lol The whole pumping iron movie was amazing. the way it was shot was that there was cameras around arnold 24/7. whether it was his training, his eating or socialising. and they just took the best scenes, or the scenes that worked, and put it inthe movie. seeminly the director was broke, so they put on a photography event, where bodybuilders came, and over 300 people attended, however, thousands were waiting outside. "You then hear dicussions on, what is bodybuilding" -- Arnold anyway, a great doco of a doco. i recommend people watch this and see excatly how our all-time favourite movie, Pumping Iron, was made

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | yeah if you get the special edition dvd it comes with what you are talking about. It is good... I have watched it once or twice... Pumping iron is not a workout dvd like most people think... I hear all the time that "pumping iron sucked, not enough workouts." The movie was to talk about a giant who took over a sport, and to tell people about what this sport is... nothing to do with lifting weights really, but it is still a kick ass movie!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I watched it a couple times. Afterall, I bough the 25th Aniversary of Pumping Iron dvd. It's a great inspiration. I pop it in and watch it sometimes when I am feeling unmotivated.
