Beef and Rock, you don't know what the hell you are talking about. If I'm not mistaken, Shawn Ray was in the top 10 of the Mr O for 10 years in a row. He never finished higher than 4th, but he sure as hell deserved to be on any stage next to any other BBer. He packed 204 lbs of totally shredded muscle onto his 5'5" frame better than anyone else could have. The vid is funny, but Shawn earned his respect as a BBer. You both sound stupid talking about one of the greats like that.

I respect the man as a bodybuilder - I respect him as a person too. A lot of people hate him because he's an outspoken jackass - another reason I respect him.

mate i do know what im talking about,

i like shawn ray as a bodybuilder, but he WAS getting treated like a bitch by big ron and flex. i dont condone pushing in the line up but i wont disagree that it doesnt make things interesting

He was at the zenith of his career 3 years before that took place. He clearly doesn't have the mass to be standing next to Ronnie and Flex. Although his symmetry is - and always was - impeccable.

He was 5'7" and competed at 215.

PS: My post was more of a joke than anything. Just like the purpose of this thread.

That is funnier than hell. I personally do not like Shawn as a person. He ratted both Milos and Dennis James out on drug charges when he himself does the same thing. He also is a bit disrespectful when you meet him in person. Sure he has a hell of a physique that I will always admire, but as a person he is a dick.

Yeah I read into the whole milos shawn fued and basically shawn told the DEA that Milos and Dennis were going to Thailand to buy drugs and that Milos sells drugs from his gym. Okay, we all know that bodybuilders do this, so basically Shawn told on a fellow professional so he wouldn't get into trouble when he himself has done the same thing.
