Hey guys..im pretty much new here..so i thought i'd make this thread about the happenings of my life as being a bouncer. Sometimes its scary/fun/boring

I'll keep this updated so you guys can be a little entertained with my stories and views on Intoxication in the general public :rofl:

Recently I was somewhat 'recruited' to another venue..I wasnt getting treated well at the one i was at until recent..

Background info: I was at this pub for about 5 months..I pretty much ran the pub security wise..but the management were a little wary due to my age

im 19 btw.. But when im on the job I act probably 10 years older lol

back to the management problem..well due to my age they didnt want to promote me to security manager..so i was a little dissapointed because the patrons/staff/other bouncers all liked me..I was very well respected at this pub..

But until Last week i was offered a new job to work on the door at this Trendy Restaurant..Lots of women..beautiful women..no assholes..not many intox..great staff..I'd be working with another bouncer..this guy has been in the game for 20 years..Biggest mother ive ever met and be-friended.

Well back to the original Pub..lastnight was my last night there..so i wasnt really excited to go out of my way to help people..but i left on a good note..lol no fights!

next shift is wednesday..

any questions i'll asnwer about the industry

Back in the day when I was young and not a kid anymore, my buddy and I made a trip to the local gentlemen’s club. We had just walked in when we see this crazy guy running at us with a bowling ball on a chain. (yeah you read that right) He is screaming as he runs because there are two huge dudes chasing him. Mind you we are young and can’t figure this thing out at all. The guy stops right in front of us and turns as he swings the ball and chain. Well you only get one shot with a weapon like that and of course the two bouncers saw him telegraphing that swing along time before the ball was in motion. When the ball passed them by the grabbed him and yelled at us to grab the door. We did and out he went right into a parked truck. I don’t think the bouncers knew there was a truck parked there, but they didn’t seem to mind as they closed the door. It only took the guy about 3 min to collect him self and decide to let himself back in. Bouncer #2 didn’t think that would be a good idea and advised him to stay outside. Being a young bar goer, I thought to my self, “Wow I can’t wait to come back and see what happens next time.” I didn’t know at the time that I had just seen the highlight.
