Lets critque Wed. night chat

I gave it an average score of 5/10. We had a good turnout and that was great. We had around 20 people in the chat for all the time I was on there. The problem was the 10 people that just wanted to talk about bb.com the first 10-15 minutes. After that was settled we did fine, but there was a lot of rambling, and not much being said. Hopefully we will start the topic a few days in advance so when we go in there, everyone knows what they will be saying.

It needs to be alittle better organized. I give it a 5/10 also, half the people talked about the topic, the other half just chatted on Misc. topics.

Let's decide on a topic and lay down some rules for this week so it's better prepared.

Well were hopefully going to have another chat this Wednesday night at 9PM eastern time. It seemed like we had plenty of people who knew lots about Bodybuilding, but not all of them used there full knowledge to post much about Bodybuilding.

Basic Rules

Keep the chats on the topic of discussion.
Don't post any stupid/nonsense information in the chats, we'll warn sholiz If anyone is trolling or spamming on In the chat.
We won't change topics till we get everyone in the chats opinion.
Give good advice at all times in the chat, we probably have some new people coming and they need some honest helpful help. These are are bodies were talking about, we only get one, wrong information can be damaging to a person.
Keep the chats in one chat room.

Those are some I just thought of, If you guys want to add or take way from those rules, please post your opinions up.

I want a good chat here and I think you guys do too.

I was thinking of getting 5-10 topics for this chat.
Example Topics

Discussing Creatine for Teens around ages: 13-19
An overall discussion on Cardio
Protein shakes or No protein shakes
An overall discussion about Cutting, what's right and what's wrong
To bulk or not to bulk
Best Mass exercises

If you guys got ny topics aswell as rules, feel free to post them up.

We also might be able to get king in there to talk about supplements. He is the best supplement dealer out there right now, and he is very knowledgable and could give good examples to newbs out there that need some advice. He has the best prices out there.
