| IronMass Vip | I've already had three surgeries on my right wrist for a volar ganglion cyst, the May of '03, Oct. '03. and Oct. '04. I have had problems with nerve damage and numbness/tingling before, but this is paired with a stiffness, it's a lot of numbness/tingling in the palm of the hand, joint with the thumb, and through the wrist. It gets irritated by typing, but I work in front of a computer all day. Any other ideas or should I give my wrist surgeon a buzz and check out what he thinks? I just switched insurance, so I don't want to hit them with a bunch of claims in my first year (I'm getting a procedure done this Sept. on something completely different), or else they'll think I'm a bad risk and give me a huge rateup next year. So, I doubt I'll do anything about it, but does anyone have any ideas?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | I was told mine was a possible nerve or capillary issue. I get cold/numbing in my feet and hands but with yours being only in one hand I guess that wouldn't be it.

| IronMass Vip | This is my career, and the company will be mostly mine within the next 5 years, so changing jobs really isn't an option. I do a lot of stretching and massage on my wrist/hand. It also might just be that I've been pushing it a lot lately, and keep attempting to do pushups, when I know I shouldn't. My right hand only bends backwards about 45 degrees instead of 90 like it should.
