| Pro Stature | Well, I might. Here's the story. I was walking with 2 of my friends who were gonna cut lunch and go home. Students are allowed to go outside to get to other classes across the building campus faster. So they were gonna cut and I was gonna go through a faster route. When they went to cross the street, I went to give one of the kids something so I was in the street a little, but I was gonna go back to school. The principal comes outside and gets our I.D. It's school policy for 2 days suspension for cutting but my vice principal is really cool and if I tell him the story of what happened, he might not give me anything or just give me detention. I've also never been in trouble and never got sent to the office before so my VP might go easy. I'm just gonna tell my VP the story and hopefully I don't get in trouble. Is this the best thing to do? |

| Pro Stature | But the principal was about 30 yards away. And the principal doesn't decide the punishment...the security guard took our ID's then they give it to the vice principal and the vice principal decides what to give to you. There are 6 VP's in my school. Mine luckily is the nicest and most cheerful. My friend once got 10 days suspension and he made it into 10 days detention, that's the kind of guy he is. Plus the principal's not even gonna be there. It's just me and the VP talking. |

| Soldier In Progress | Suspension ain't anything man, sit at home for 2 days and go back to school. 90% of the time you can make up all your work. Edit: Plus it sounds like your school is way over zealous in it's policies or mine is just way too lax.
