I broke the Hack Squat Machine at my Gym

Well, my frog died today, it was a pet green tree frog I got my girlfriend in March, So I hit the gym hard to do some legs because I was pissed. So I load up a huge 360 lbs (lol) and lift up and move the holders back. As soon as I did the machine starts crashing and a bolt shoots out. I have 360 lbs on my back and nothing to hold it. So I got Amanda to rig it a bit so I could put the weight down. I told Amanda to run back, and I dropped the weight. It was pretty scary. luckily it some how stayed up, and didn't drop on top of me while I was trying to get out of the damn thing.

I felt buff, but i was pissed after it broke because I had no other machines to use :born:

Darn Bro, sorry to hear about the frog.

But, at least you took out your frustrations on the iron! Try to leave some equipment for the rest of the gym members to use though.

Sorry about your Frog trick... glad you did not get hurt when the machine broke..

Dude thats pride, you can tell your friends about this on the weekends. It's good you took it out on the Iron and not on the forums with a 37.5 long forum post.

Thanks guys, It was sad that the frog died more meaningful then anything. But thanks. Yeah I am just glad I didn't get hurt, but atleast I got a story to tell for a while!
