Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I take it your gym doesn't have TVs or the internet you can use while doing cardio? My health club had internet while on the recombant bikes. Then EACH of the 26 treadmills, elipticals and steppers had their own TV for each person with headphones so you could get whatever channel you wanted to. CROWLER |

| Incognito | how the hell do people "Read" when doing treadmills, elipticals, stairs, etc.? That's beyond me. We have about 10 big screens in front of the cardio area on the wall that you tune into the station below the tv and can listen to what's on the tube. Everything from News to ESPN, to Sumo wrestling in Japan, some really cool stuff ![]() |

| Pink Members | when i am on the exercise bike i totally watch TV...i just try to totally tune out the fact that i am on a bike and i watch something interesting as hell or motivating if possible. nothing more motivating than watching a Strongwoman/Strongman competition! makes me want to keep going!! when i am outside i like to jam to tunage...something heavy metal or seriously rock n roll will do....takes my mind off what i am doing and i am able to get in a much better workout too!! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 71 | I check out the chicks in the gym. Perving on them passes the time quite nicely, that and my MP3 player.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 43 | If I were to do cardio in my gym, I'd leave after 5 minutes from boredom... Instead my cardio consists of sprints at a local running track, or, taking the dog for a walk. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I crank up my MP3 player. Rather than focusing on everything but the cardio... I actually focus ON the cardio. I purposely focus on every stride and time it with my music. I have my playlist setup so that every song gets a little faster, and that each song is one I like even more than the last. When it gets to the end of my cardio session, I have several powerful or motivating fast paced songs that I really like playing. I focus on the fact that every single step on that treadmill is one step closer to looking the way I want to look. That's what does it for me! - EME
