Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I have an mp3 player and enjoy the music. Jumping rope is a blast, its actually something I look forward to. My other form of cardio, rowing machine, is a more torturous and less fun, especially 30 minutes at a fast pace. I find the challenge is enough to keep me occupied. I only do cardio once a week (twice max) so its not so bad.

| Pro Stature | I take my shirt off and shake my tits at all the lovely 300lb women who sit on the ab machines chatting about ho-ho's. Ok.....not really. Normally I'll go through some math problems in my head, do some thinking about life and what to do next, and watch TV. That's about all you can really do on a treadmill. Now a stationary bike is totally different. I do homework while on that badboy.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 177 | I jump on my mountain bike, and ride all over the place.... I will never walk on a treadmil, or get on a stationary bike, if it is at all possible to get outside, and actually go somewhere.... Hitting the ocasional jump, or staircase is great for spicing things up... I have never ever been bored riding my bike... not even for a second.. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 129 | I don't understand how people read or do homework or anything of the sort while doing cardio - IMO if you're able to do that kind of stuff during cardio then you're not working hard enough... maybe it's just me. as for me, an mp3 player definitely helps - getting absorbed in the music works wonders. I also like to think of my girlfriend and imagine her sitting right in front of me, or on my lap if I'm on a bike. Thinking of her always gets me working harder than ever. |

| Pro Stature | My forms of cardio are treadmill and jump rope, and I guess shadowboxing. Treadmill, I just put on my mp3 and I'm fine. Shadowboxing, it's really hard to focus on other things and get distraced. So much to think about like technique and speed and stuff. Jump rope is the funnest because you can make it look so cool while doing it . |

| Amateur | Rather than trying to find a way to amusemyself, I find it's easier to just avoid cardio! ![]() If I'm on a staionary bike or treamill, I absolutely must have a wlakman playing heavy music. Soemtimes I can watch TV, if there's something motivating on, like Seinfeld. |
