Of course! How ya been?? 5 years.....time flies...damn....

Still plugging away....got diagnosed with a minor stroke last July but since I was brain-dead before that..no big deal lol

Docs said not to lift hard anymore....bleh...if I'm gonna go it'll either be 1) in the sack or 2) in the gym....I don't go down easy... :clapping:
