Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Aight, so right now I drive a 1991 Chev Lumina and it's really close to dead. Approaching 300 kilometers (almost 190k miles). It's not going to last. I will probably be leasing for two to four years (I'll take opinions on this too). I can also buy used but I have no interest in fixing my own car and I'll be working full time in two years (and part time before) and I'll have more money to throw around. I have little mechanical experience but a ton of car electronics experience from working at a shop. Because it'll be a lease I'll be selling my sound system which will pay for a bunch of it. My dad said he would up my wage to pay the rest of it. ![]() Lol, before I get booed... I think it has to do with the fact that I'm working for him all summer helping him make a custom security monitoring system for a large organization, and he might feel guilty that he's making too much money off me. ![]() Since I'll probaly be leasing it can die as soon as I'm done with it, I don't care. I drive to school 5 days a week, pure highway, 20 minute drive each way as well as recreational use. Hit me with the suggestions! Oh yeah, If I go used I'll probably have to go for under 6 grand, hence why I'm thinking I'd just lease until I work full time.

| Dogg Crappin | Under 20K ... get a nice certified preowned Charger man. With rims and a good system, it would defenitely be a head turner.

![]() the Si for the price and it not being a V6, giving it added gas milage on a 198 HP engine. you would be lucky to even find one of these for sale, damn things are out the door the second they hit the dealer floor.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 68 | Not to get in on the Civic debate.. but neither one is very fast.. Also Falcon is right.. there are some really nice cars in Cali.. for cheap prices.. just depends on what kind of car you are looking for.. and what you are wanting it to do.. good gas mileage,, or luxury + good gas mileage.. or just a car that will get you from A to B.. but I am sure you can find something in your price range down here in Cali.. ![]()

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | the Caliber SRT4 has an OPTION AWD, but not for the first year (or so I'm told from a dealer near me), since they need to rework their AWD for the platform. Also, the Calibur is UGLY as balls. I don't care if its 300hp AWD or not, I would'nt buy it personally.. how about a Subaru Legacy GT, newer, you can lease it, even like a 2003... 285hp AWD :-D and much better lookin
