Thanks dnyc and DarkFalcon!! I am officially not a teenager anymore

My day has been great so far - went to the gym in the morning and the parking lot was packed, but thankfully everyone was either on cardio or on the machines - NOT in the squat rack.... excellent

Did some squats, bench press, and barbell row, got home and showered and headed off to my first day of fall classes. I have a little break right now, just got out of english class. I have voice class coming up followed by a 4.5 hour anatomy class. On top of all that, my mom is coming back from vacation today. Busy busy day! Take care fellow IronMassers, have a great day.

Here is a breakdown of my 4,700 birthday calories: http://fitday.com/webfit/publicjourn...Month=7&Day=21 This includes a few meals I have cooked and have with me but haven't eaten yet..... I'm going to get my weight out of the 140's no matter how much food it takes (I'm about 144 now). However, I don't know if I'll have room for cake!!

That might have to wait until later this week
