Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | I've played for 18 years... although my chops have got to be a bit rusty at this point, I haven't touched any of my guitars for several months. No time to play with contest prep, work, and family life. Once I start bulking and cut back on my gym time, then I can pick it up again. I like to shred.

| IronMass Vip | I have a sigma acoustic signed by one of the dudes from martin guitars, but the coup de grac is the 67 gibson sg fretless wonder. I play, but only classically. I'm working my way through some stephen lynch at the moment.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | Been playing for a bit over 3 years. I've gotten to be more into the gear than actually playing the instrument. What model Ibanez is it? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | i've been playing since 6th grade. My 3 guitars are a '96 Strat(my first guitar, a gift from my parents), a 1975 Les Paul Custom, and a Breedlove Atlas series acoustic. For any of you guys looking for an acoustic that plays better than $1000 Martins for half the price, go play a Breedlove. My amp is my baby though. Marshall JCM2000 Dual Super Lead 100 head, and a 1960A 4x12 cab. In all the shows I played I've never had that thing turned up past 4, and even then it was almost painfully loud. I'll probably be getting a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier combo since the half stack is a bit big for apartment living. My favorite stuff to play right now is Eric Johnson...Cliffs of Dover anyone? ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 129 | I've been playing for a little over 11 years now... I play both acoustic and electric, many different styles - rock, blues, jazz, classical, classical indian. My favorite thing to do is songwriting, but I can't stand anything that sounds generic; I like using weird, dark chords that aren't utilized often. I also prefer the tastiness of a David Gilmour solo to the shredding styles of Steve Vai... et al As far as gear goes, I have a Fender acoustic that's been treating me pretty well, and my main electric is a 1980's Yamaha SG w/ a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier quarter stack. Ikaika, Eric Johnson is great! I love playing 'Song for George', it's an acoustic track in an open tuning. Check it out if you haven't heard it, it's off of "Ah Via Musicom" Also, it's great to see so many guitar players on here, no matter the style or experience level. Keep it at, everyone! ![]() |

| Amateur | I'm the bass player in a coverband that plays out every Sat. night unless we want to take one off. I've been in the same band since '95, which is quite an accomplishment for a band around here. I have a six string Peavey Cirrus and a five string Cirrus. Both are awesome basses. I also own a Peavey Wolfgang which I plunk around on in the basement.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | I remember the day I bought the Black Album...I spent the entire day playing those songs. I can still sit down, and play through almost every song without hearing them. If I try to play them out of order though I get all screwed up ![]()
