Hi my name is Kareem . im 20 years old been lifting since 16 but i didnt really know what i was doing so i dont count those years so basically been lifting for a 1 year and a half. i started as 175 with 17%bf and now at 170 13%.

i go to Nassau community college . i want to study nutrition but havent gotten the chance to yet.
my hobbies are watching tv, bbing, and being a mod

I didn't even see it but it takes A LOT to offend me. But there is a certain standard this site is keeping so we all have to stay within those lines. Don't lose any sleep over it..lol.
