I just got completely burnt out I guess. I didn't really take the whole month off (except for my diet) But I only worked out a couple times a week and just took the time to be lazy. I had a bunch of aches and nagging injuries that need the break and I never really take time off so I figured why not. I look awful now but I'm hoping muscle memory will be my buddy and I'll be back in shape in 1-2 months.
