Nope, just basics. For a short time a few months ago I was using a modified "Beast" like split where I would work each bodypart twice a week. That was fun for a while but I gradually fell back into this basic split.

Me? ... 16 year old from the backwoods of Michigan, love to move heavy slag iron, love cars, choice of career will be construction (rough carpenter framing houses) or industrial welding.
