Gas Pedal Stuck?

Yesterday at school when leaving the parking lot when I was turning following a friend home a gave my car a little gas and my foot slipped off the pedal. When it slipped off it got caught some how and stuck the pedal down at like 3/4 power. The car got sideways on me and and I let it go into the ohter lane so I wouldn't hit my friend and then when I finally got it undone I hit the brakes and turned the wheel and did a perfect 180 on the road and was facing the opposite way. I drove straight home. Has anybody ever has the happen? Also I haven't got any calls from the police yet and I told the assistant principal it was an accident, do you think there is anyway I can get in trouble?

Wow, that's scary. I don't think you'll get in trouble unless someone got hurt. I had an experience like that...when I was 11 my shorts got suck to the chain in my bike

yea nobody got hurt and the police didnt see it I found out. I guess I'm lucking as can be. I don't think I'll drive in those shoes again.

next time throw it into neutral and shut the engine off
