if you want to be a physical therapist who spcializes in sports medicine, then most likely I would ask someone who already is a physical therapist.

i registered yesterday and im taking 11 credit hours for summer(everyone said it's going to be hard despite the fact im only taking 3 classes)

if i go this route(excercise biology) it will take me 7 years to get my doctorate(no longer can get a job with just a master's)in physical therapy,so im thinking of going into the community college physical therapist assititant program, which i can finish in less than 2 years.once i obtained my 2 year degree,i can work in the field full time and go back to school part time to become a physical therapist

I'm unfamiliar with exercise biology and physical therapy, so will you be getting a PhD or MD?

I think you're making the right choice. Earning a doctorate takes a long time, but doing the research and immersing yourself in the field will be an amazing experience. In addition, when you recieve your doctorate you'll be making a great living and you'll be doing something you love.

Where are you going to be at school?
