Misc Forum Rules

Here are the rules that must be followed. Failure to follow these rules will not be tolerated.

Rule #1 : The Golden Rule

Treat others as you would want to be treated. Treat others with respect. We will not tolerate any racist comments whatsoever. Don't make fun of anyone because they're not as big or strong as you, we were all there once.

Rule #2 : Be Respectful of Women

Please do not refer to women by using offensive terms. Posts and threads containing offensive terms will be edited, closed or deleted.

Rule #3 : Use the Search Function

Before starting a new thread use the Search Function to make sure your question has not already been addressed. If you are new to the site and bodybuilding in general, and have a question that isn't found in one of the stickies, again please use the Search Function. We don't need tons of repetitive threads, it just wastes board space.

Rule #4 : Do Not Cross Post

Do not post your question in more than one forum. Multiple threads will be deleted.

Rule #5 : Do Not Give Bad or Misleading Advice

If you don't know what you're talking about, please don't act like you do.

Rule #6 : Trolling is Not Permitted

This is a given. If there's ever any trolls, they won't read the rules anyways. Just don't make stupid threads that have absolutely NO reason to exist.

Rule #7 : No Spamming


Rule #8 : No Inappropriate Pictures or Movies

Do not post any pictures or movies that are sexually degrading, or disgusting. No nude pictures. There's no need for that. Pictures of yourself/progress are allowed in the Post Your Pictures section.

Rule #9 : No Flame Wars

If you get in a fight with another member over a topic, don't start calling each other names. Be respectful of that person, and try to sort out the problem logically and with maturity. Post something that you would say to others in person.

Rule #10 : Do Not Question a Mod's Authority

Our decisions are final, do not try to change them. Please do not start additional threads to question a Mod's actions. Consider any mod's intervening in a thread a warning, and ignoring their post or posting one of these --> in response to their attempt to moderate will result in a ban.

Rule #11 : Keep Thread Titles Specific

Make sure that when you start a thread, the title is specific. For example, if you want to start a thread, do not make the title "hey", "help", "look here", etc. Threads with such titles will be closed and or deleted. To avoid aggrevation of the other members, please make your thread titles descriptive and appropriate.

Rule #12 : Do Not Create Thread Topics with Cuss Words in Them

Letting lose inside the threads is OK to a certain extent (see rule # 2) ... for now.

Rule #13 : Give Credit Where Credit is Due

If you use post an article of information please give the author of the original post credit where credit is due. Please do not post something as if it was your own writing when it' s clearly not.

Rule #14 : Do Not Register Multiple Usernames

If you are caught using multiple usernames, your accounts will be banned, and if you re-register you will be IP banned.

Rule #15: If Your Thread is Moved or Closed Do Not Start Another Thread

If your thread was moved or closed, it was done for a reason.

Repeated warnings of any of violations of any of these rules can and will result in a BAN.

Please use the "Report this Post to a Moderator" function if you see anyone violating these rules.
