Default Elevated energy levels?

Well I have wondered for a while, how come I can run longer and harder during night time as opposed to any other time of the day.

If I go for a jog in the afternoon or morning, I cannot jog as long as I could in the evening. It seems that I do not get tired nearly as fast as I would otherwise.

Could this be due to lower Carbon Dioxide levels in the air during the evening? Thus, leading my body to breath less?

The positioning of the moon alters gravity ever so slightly, which causes an uncoupling of the carbon from the dioxide resulting in hypertrophy of the oxygen molecules so that they are better absorbed through the lungs.

More filled glycogen stores would be my guess.

Can't give you a reason but I always feel better at night then any other time. I like to workout around 5-7pm, they are more intense and more focused at that time.

Would the glycogen effect my breathing rate though? I seem to breath less when I do cardio at night.

Could have something to do with natural energy levels and your other hormone levels at that time of day.
