A friend of mine started an online petition against Dr. Pepper. He is trying to get them to remove a certain "nasty, vile tasting" product from store shelves. Check out the site, read the petition, and sign it if you like. I did. Let me know what you think.

If sales are low, they will pull it from the shelves (i.e. New Coca-Cola). Petitions, in most cases, are worthless. The best thing he can do is not buy the product.

No wayyy; i bought that stuff the other day... i didnt think it was that bad... not bad enough to want to get it discontinued lol.

I think your friend needs to chill out and if he's gonna try to get products pulled just because he doesnt like them, then maybe he should stick with what he knows he likes.

Learn to use periods, they make it easier to decipher the stupidity.

That petition is ridiculous. Aside from being rambling and poorly written, there is no basis for their complaint. If your friend doesn't like a certain soda, tell him to go buy something he does like and stop bitching. Thats the great thing about our economic system: you can buy whatever the hell you want, and everyone else can do the same. Who does he think he is to tell the Coca-Cola company to pull one of their products...they certainly learned their lesson with New Coke and now do exceedingly thorough market research before releasing new products. If they have a new product, you can bet that there is a market for it.
