Hey guys,
wierd question i know, but i want to talk to someone who knows alot about pharmacy goods, like moisturizers, creams etc, i have an idea and i want to see what they think

Its just and idea i had about creating a cream that shrinks skin for a certain period of time <--- LOL THAT DOESNT SOUND GOOD

well if that was feasible i expect the anti-aging and wrinkle cream companies would have done it by now.

They already have that on the market.... it's called Preparation H!

Actually, Prep H does do that, but there are also other wrinkle creams on the market specifically for your face that are designed to do the same thing.

Well you can't really patent an idea. If you have an actual product, it must satisfy the requirements of being novel, useful, and a couple other things(my IP law is fuzzy). The actual patent costs nothing, but having an intellectual property lawyer prepare the patent application is far from cheap. And since having a lawyer prepare it is pretty much required, its gonna cost you.

If any of you guys are looking at law for a career, IP law is where its at...an incredible amount of money to be made
