DDR: Ultra Mix 3 for Xbox

I just bought it.

WHY???

Because people on another fat loss board kept saying that it can be used as cardio. Therefore, all of my cardio henceforth, shall be done by playing DDR

Has anyone else played UltraMix 3?

I've played DDR before. I have 2 friends that are addicted to that game like crack. They can get full perfect (AAA's) on like every song. It's decent cardio, not great IMO.

I don't know. I played for about an hour tonight on "light" mode, and I worked up a HELL of a sweat! I was actually huffing and puffing with sweat dripping down my face

Best. Cardio. Ever.

It even has a calorie counter so you can see how many calories you theoretically burned. I usually build up a good sweat. For the first time this winter cardio is enjoyable again.
