I don't think you can really make a call on whether or not he juices from that pic, but he is certainly a lot bigger now. He's been really working out over the past several years though, I don't think his physique changed overnight.

That's true johnsbod, I first noticed he was changing several years ago. I'm not sure, but it may have been 5 years possibly. Either way, he needs to pull up his pants, IMO.

I vote juice too... but I came into the lifting scene knowing NOTHING. I learned the brunt of my knowledge pretty quickly.

me too, but i trained under younglifter14. theres just too much crap out there that looks legit, its near impossible you would learn right techniques and dieting skills on the first shot
