Bought some weights...

well heres what happened...

i went to sports authority cause they had 155lb weight set for about $110, i thought, well i need some more weights, ill go and pick it up. so i went and asked the guy to get it out from the back and he said sure...so i paid at the register for a 155lb weight set, he loaded a 300lb Olympic weight set in my van. i didnt know until i got to my house, and i looked at the package...needless to say, the store lost out on this one.... :bigthumbu

That is awesome.We got a good deal at petsmart yesterday to get 2 dozen crickets for me and ironvixen's 2 pet green tree frogs and the guy was like you can buy them online for 20 bucks a 1000. Well the guy told us, well we rip people off on prices here. So here is 6 dozen crickets. Have a nice day.

Nobody is gonna beat this. I think a lot of you know that I just moved and bought a new house. Long story short is that the builder messed up their paper work and nobody caught the wrong purchase price. They should have collected $5,270.00 more than what I gave them at my closing. They called us a couple of days later after I was moved into the new house and explained their oversight and were wanting their money naturally. Well, the next week we get another call and the builders representative says in short, we screwed up so go ahead and keep your money. I couldn't believe it. They let me keep $5,270.00 that I would have paid them.

Anti, I don't know where you are in Pa, but I have a guy in Lancaster that sells Olympic weights for $.20 / lb. If you need anymore I can hook you up. I just bought 4 more 45 lb plates for $36. He also has 2.5, 5, 10, 25 and 36 lb plates.

If the sale was a high pressure environment and the guy had on fancy pants, it must have been THE KING. Because you got a bait and switch, that or the guy cant add to well. :p
