Did anyone else catch the finale? Talk about amazing.

Now, before anyone complains that they only care about weight and not preserving muscle, they train with weights. If you look at their after pictures, all of them have put on a lot of lean mass. Very inspiring.

For anyone that didn't see it, go to www.nbc.com and click on The Biggest Loser under "Shows." Then you can navigate through to find their before and after photos. Great motivation.
