I need a place to live that has ...

Racing
Women
"OK" job market

Taking recommendations!!! If anyone wants to throw a free room or whatever out there that's also welcome :friday:

I guess that depends upon the type of racing you are talking about, the type of women you are talking about, and the type of jobs you are talking about...

Dirt track racing, 18-21 girls, and I'd prefer to work construction

If you want to work in construction, find a place that baby boomers are going to retire too. This will give you guaranteed employment for at least 20 years. These places are also going to be in great scenic areas. (Beaches, mountains and desert areas.) I am moving to Asheville, NC (NW NC mountain area at 2000 ft above sea level. Close to skiing, hiking, kayaking and rock climbing.) Other choices might be Montana, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Atlantic coast, Pacific coast. Just follow the herd.

Colorado interests me but I don't want 70deg at noon, and 13" of snow at rush hour.

No really though, the sky and the view of the ocean is mindblowing down here... i moved down here in august and i still havent gotten over how amazing the sky looks, i've lived pretty much all over the US 'cept for the northwest, and i dont think i'm leavin here. Some people talk about lack of jobs but thats bullshit there are plenty of opportunities, and once you get past the "tourist key west" and see the real key west its great... The only drawback for some people is that it's really laidback some people can't stand the pace of island life but if you can get over that and have the money it's great down here, and besides Miami is only a little only a few hours away.

I vacationed in keywest and I must have been in the wrong area :P

The part I touristed in had over crowded dirty beaches and was basically just a bar town with motor scooter rentals. The snorkeling was nice though.

My favorite beach area of florida, hands down, is daytona. That place is gorgeous.

I say Arizona. The hotter it gets the less clothing the women wear. The job market here is pretty good and only 5 hours away from California. If you drive.

Further south and west you get the higher the cost of living ... ugh this is a hard decision as the area I'm in now is so freakin' cheap to live.
