oh please. unless you're under suspision of committing a crime or your name has come up when dealing in terrorism no one will look at your private information.

you think law enforcement agencies have spare time to tap joe smoes phone lines and look at his bank account for no reason? i believe they have other things to worry about.

if youre under suspicion, yes the FBI and any other agency can, and probably will, look at your accounts.
