Default back pain

I was at work last night and i had this 200 lb tiller i had to set on another box. the pallet it was on was goofy and had 3 extra boards nailed across the top.

i went to shove it and the box was snagged on one of the boards. my body went, the arm stayed. now the muscle inside the shoulder blade, lower trap i'm guessing, is mildly uncomfortable.

i get the same pain when i roll over in my sleep and lay on my arm. or have my arm stretched over my head.

anyone else get pain in this region alot?

Plenty of rehab exercises for your shoulders.

EliteFTS - Superior Products and Knowledge for Lifters, Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers

Look at the shoulder exercises. Set-up a program however you feel will workout into your schedule. Few sets of high reps, tell me how your feeling along the way.

Good luck, I also had this problem for a while.

I had this for a while as well. A couple of chiropractic adjustments made by far the biggest improvement over anything else I tried. Other helpful tools were light stretching and light massage.... if I tried to really stretch it or got deep tissue massage, it would aggravate it.
Strict DB rows also helped.... if I stopped training or if my form got too sloppy, it would flare up...

It's hard to 'diagnose' over the internet though... pain in the same place may not mean the same thing for 2 different people. The above suggestions are just what worked for my case.
