Yeah, I didn't even believe it until I saw the pics MC posted there in the bbing.com thread. I mean the unedited one is pretty well equally impressive and I think he qualifies to give advice considering how far he's come, but really it shows a lot about your character that you'd photoshop your after pics like that.

Tis true. Mondesi himself is a graphic artist, and he admitted to photoshopping the abs on in that picture. But just because that one is photoshopped doesn't mean they all are. He still lost an incredible amount of weight, has a hot girlfriend, and knows his share about nutrition and weight lifting.

Skel, the only photo I've seen of the guy with his shirt off is the photoshopped pic. What others are there? Whenever there's a photo of the guy out in public, he's minimally wearing two layers on his upperbody at all times. Sure, his weight loss is impressive and I'm sure he knows a thing or two. But, you, yourself, have made no less an impressive transformation and you know just as much probably.

The guy is selling an image with photoshopped pics and babes hanging off of him in every photo. The guy has a hot girlfriend because he has money and because his image requires it. I don't hate the guy, but I can't respect what he's done. Giving people advice on how to make their abs pop is pretty funny coming from a guy that painted his on.

I am always kind of shocked / weirded out when people say my transformation rivals Mondesi's, because honestly I just don't see it as dramatic.

Off topic, but hands down the greatest transformation I ever saw was GregElder... 5,000 x more impressive than john stone and 10 x more friendly. anyway lol....

You're right, Mondesi is selling his image, but look at the drastic amount of weight he's lost. I can't take that from him, especially when he's always been very cool to me whenever I've interacted with him. (Unlike certain moderators and popular posters at that website....)

I don't condone the painting of the abs... but dude, there's more than just mondesi's story on bb.com that is a complete crock of shit

LOL.... trust me, there is a few. The sooner people stop reading bb.com articles, the sooner people will find real information...
