| IronMass Vip | Of your geekdom? *Jayelin casts Flame on Skelooth* I followed my heart to the Whey protien section yesterday, and realized there are a hell of a lot of varieties of Whey protien out there. Is there any major difference or are they all basically the same? I couldn't decide, so I followed my heart to a different store, and out to the car with three new pairs of underwear. I figure I dropped 3 lbs last week, 3lbs = 3 pairs underwear. Keeping motivated is important.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 151 | Yah, there's a ton of difference in protein types and absorbtion rates. Some are better for post work out and other for night time etc. Not to mention taste and macros. Our Whey is very tasty and works well ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 151 | Yeah, there's different quality whey. Some will have fillers that include fat and sugars and there's also different filtering processes. I'm sure anything you pick up at supplement kings will be of high quality.

| IronMass Donator | If you run across a pair of Asics GT 2100's in a size 11.5 for the same price, buy me 2 more pair and I'll pay you a nice profit on them. Everything in my driveway was a labor of heart, not a rational or reasonable decision in the fleet. |

| IronMass Vip | I managed to put a hole my favorite of the new pairs trying to rip out the tag. Oh well, it's at the top middle of the back, kinda looks like it's suppsed to be there. I'm going to have to keep my eyes out for another pair though, they're cute. I followed my heart to taco bell last night.

| IronMass Vip | I even forced down about a quarter of a tomato tonight, of course I had to lace it with salt pepper and fresh basil to make it tolerable.
