Default A1 nutrition sucks!
I normally order most of my supplements from bestpricenutrion.com (a fine sponsor here at IM btw), but I decided to take a chance and tried out a1 nutrition.

I ordered everything on the 2nd. It cleared my credit card on the 3rd. I haven't heard or seen squat since.

When I go through 'best price' I get my stuff shipped within a day and it's on my door waiting for me when I get home from work usually 2 days later. This has been a freakin week and I haven't gotten anything (including a response to my 2 e-mails asking for an update on the status).

'Caveat emptor' I guess.

Hell, I ordered a book from Amazon on monday, didn't do any special shipping, it made it from California to here in 2 days. These guys are in Miami, and I'm in Atlanta.

Grr.

I have become so used to their quality of service that I give myself about 3 days worth of supps and protein and then order. I run out about the same time that my new stuff shows up (much easier to store that way).

I ran out of my normal protein on monday. I've had to dip into the ON Vanilla and the VPX kiwi/strawberry (my backup protein).

**update**

So I decided to call them and see what was up with my order. They told me that the Venom and my shaker cups were on back order and the order wouldn't ship until they came in (which was another week and a half apparently). I told them to cancel those off my order and send the rest of my chit anyways. It should ship out today. When I get paid I'll just order my Venom and other stuff from BPN instead.

It would have been nice if they updated my order page with 'items on back order' so I would at least have an idea what was going on.

I usually order from BN and when something is back order, they send the stuff that's in stock and give me a slip telling me when the other stuff will be shipped to me.

I think this system works well.

Just a suggestion....

I did tell the guy, but he didn't seem to care at all.

Most places will ship what they have (or let you know it's backordered) and send the rest later. I would have paid for more shipping just to have my stuff LAST week.

I finally got my protein and Xtend.

No shaker cups and no venom.

So I went on bestpricenutrition.com this morning and ordered some Venom Hyperdrive - and it shipped out already. =)

I love those guys. I send everybody I know to them now, and everyone else should too.
