| The owners and moderators of IronMass reserve the right to ban any user, for any reason we see fit. We reserve the right to collect information about our users, and we will not share the information we collect with any agency or person other than IronMass Staff members. Information such as email addresses, IP addresses, and DOB are kept confidental.
Some of the information we collect is used to verify members, report spam, and fraud. We do not take these subjects lightly, we require users of the hypothetical AAS discussion to be 21 years of age. No expections to this rule, we reserve the right to ban perminantly users who break these sitewide policies.
Emails are collected and used for periodical "news" style emails, in which we will not share the emails and any person can unsubscribe at anytime they choose. These emails provide information about site updates, feedback, and new polcies that take effect.
IronMass reserves the right to cancel any sponsor contract any time, as we see fit, if they breach these same policies or we feel they are not an asset to the site and rather hinder the users and provide false information, overhyping a product, or any reasons the Administrators of IronMass see fit. Please note, ending of sponsorship will be discussed with the advertiser before a contract termination takes place. Advertisers may be put on hold periodically, reasons may include discussing contract termination, or other reasons that may put IronMass.com at risk. |
